We are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Swedish team and drive recruitment marketing growth across our existing customer base.
About the role
This is an interim role from August 2026 until February 2027.
As Interim Sales Manager – Existing Accounts Sweden, you own recruitment marketing revenue growth within Talentech's existing customer base in Sweden. You lead a team of employer branding advisors and are responsible for building the commercial process that connects your team to SaaS Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success. The primary driver is to increase the use of job advertising and social campaigns through our platform. You report to the VP Recruitment Marketing and are a key part of our commercial organisation. We are in a strong growth phase and are looking for someone who enjoys change, takes initiative, and contributes ideas to improve our product, ways of working, and organisation.
Responsibilities & authority
- Overall accountability for the team's sales, delivery, quality, and profitability (budget/gross margin) within the Swedish existing account base.
- Ensure high-quality job ads and social campaigns, and maintain and optimise content on customer career sites.
- Approve vendors and purchases up to a defined threshold; negotiate media and production rates.
Main tasks
- Create and lead the sales motion and coach your team towards success within the existing ATS customer base.
- Build and maintain the commercial process connecting the team to SaaS Sales, Implementation, and CSM.
- Resource planning and team scheduling to secure high utilisation and on-time delivery.
- Media & cost control: budget, optimise, and post-calculate campaigns; feed learnings into the next delivery.
- Packaging & templates: standardise to lower unit cost and raise repeatable quality.
- Reporting: pipeline, margin, deviations, and actions shared weekly and monthly.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with people management responsibility.
- A documented track record of driving growth.
- Solid margin and cost understanding (gross margin, COGS, post-calculation) and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

- Experience of strategic marketing and social media as a recruitment channel.
