The Sales Manager owns Recruitment Marketing(RM) revenue growth within Talentech's existing ATS customer base in Sweden. You lead a team of Employer Branding Advisors (EBA) and are responsible for building the commercial process that connects your team to SaaS Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success. The primary driver is to increase penetration of sponsored job posts through the system.
- Overall accountability for RM team sales, delivery, quality, and profitability (budget/GM) within the Swedish existing account base
- Ensure high-quality job ads and social campaigns and maintain/optimize content on customer career sites
- Approve vendors and purchases up to a defined threshold; negotiate media and production rates
Main tasks
- Lead customer meetings, run needs analysis, and create proposals; follow up and close deals within the existing ATS customer base
- Build and maintain the commercial process connecting EBAs to SaaS Sales, Implementation, and CSM
- Resource planning and team scheduling to secure high utilization and on-time delivery
- Media & cost control: budget, optimize, and post-calculate campaigns;feed learnings into the next delivery
- Packaging & templates: standardize to lower unit cost and raise repeatable quality
- Reporting: pipeline, margin, deviations, and actions shared weekly/monthly
Experience
- Extensive background in social media advertising and employer branding
- Proven track record in sales, strategic marketing, and team leadership
- Solid margin & cost understanding (gross margin, COGS, post-
calculation) and strong Excel/Sheets skills
