To support the business, we are now looking for highly motivated and self-driven Senior Specialist Technical Analyst & BI Developer. The position is located in Hyllie/Malmö and you will report to the Manager for Digital Platforms & Data.
The position
As a Senior Specialist Technical Analyst & BI Developer, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the business within the organization. This role combines two complementary areas of responsibility.
As a Technical Analyst, you will manage and develop digital platform solutions with main responsibility for the finance point-of-sales system, ensuring stability, functionality, business alignment, and continuous improvement across processes, integrations, and user needs. This means you will act as the link between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to drive change requests, testing, configuration, and operational excellence. An example of this can be; Sales requesting a certain campaign set up, your role would be to analyse the requirements of inputs and generate a configuration solution and implement it, that fits the requester as well as the current financial business flows.
As a BI Developer, you will work with Data Strategy, Analytics & Dashboards, translating business needs into data-driven insights and decision support. You will identify relevant data sources, develop reports and visualizations, strengthen analytics capabilities across the organization, and help build a data-informed culture through scalable dashboarding and continuous improvement. Together, these two parts of the role support both the operational performance of key sales systems and the strategic use of data to enable better business decisions.

Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in technical analysis or system configuration, preferably within digital platforms or POS systems. You have a background in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI). A solid understanding of data flows, integrations, and translating business needs into insights is essential. You are analytical, comfortable working with data, and experienced in collaborating across business, IT, and external partners. We think you have a bachelor in business administration, information system or computer science, however we are open to candidates with different education backgrounds – the important part is your strong interest in business and technology. Fluency in English as well as Swedish is required. We believe that you have at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
As a person we believe you are structured, detail-oriented, and a self-driven person, with strong communication skills. You thrive in a role where you balance analytical thinking with coordination and relationship-building, and you are comfortable handling topics that require both attention to detail and a broader business perspective. Your proactive mindset and ability to navigate across different functions make you a valuable contributor in driving projects and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
