- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Represent Vysus Group at client meetings, industry forums and professional events.
We are looking for an experienced nuclear professional who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for growing client relationships and developing people.
You will ideally have:
- Significant experience in nuclear safety, licensing, risk analysis or a related discipline, with a proven ability to lead technical projects, support clients and contribute to business growth.
- An MSc degree in Nuclear Engineering, Risk Management, Physics, Mathematics or a related technical discipline.
- Experience delivering technical projects within the nuclear industry.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear safety assessments, risk management and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.

- An established professional network within the Swedish nuclear sector and/or the international nuclear industry.
- The ability to lead projects, mentor colleagues and contribute to business growth.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to consultancy and client service.
At Vysus Group, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop your technical and professional capabilities.
We offer:
- The opportunity to work with a global, multidisciplinary team of nuclear specialists.
- Exposure to advanced reactor, SMR and nuclear new-build projects.
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
- The flexibility to be based from our offices in Stockholm, Malmö, or elsewhere in Sweden.
- Opportunities for technical leadership and business development.
- Continuous learning, professional development and career progression within a growing international organisation.
- A collaborative and inclusive working environment where expertise and innovation are valued.
