We are now expanding our commercial team with a client associate.
As a client associate, you will work at the intersection of marketing and sales, supporting the commercial and strategic digital development of our global client base. In this role, you will work closely alongside senior client directors and strategists, contributing to both client development and the delivery of strategic initiatives.
You will provide foundational support across client engagements, helping ensure operational precision, high-quality delivery, and strong decision-making support for ongoing strategic projects. Your work will involve conducting research and analysis, preparing strategic recommendations and client materials, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the day-to-day management of client accounts.
As part of the commercial team, you will also play an active role in supporting new business opportunities and developing existing client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to build both your consulting and commercial skillset in a dynamic, client-facing environment while working closely with experienced senior team members.
Key responsibilities.
- Support senior team members in the development of new and existing client accounts
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and analysis of clients’ digital marketing and sales processes to identify business opportunities
- Prepare client reporting, presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for ongoing projects
- Support the execution and delivery of strategic projects focused on business development, digital transformation, and growth initiatives
- Participate in client meetings and ongoing communication with client stakeholders
- Support commercial initiatives, including pitch preparation and business development activities
- Contribute to workshop preparation, project coordination, and day-to-day client delivery processes
- Ensure operational excellence and reliability across internal workflows and client deliverables
About you & your experience.

We imagine that you are in the early stages of your career and have already gained some professional experience within consulting, strategy, business development, account management, or digital marketing.
Requirements.
- Approximately 1–2 years of professional experience in roles such as Analyst, Business Developer, Account Manager, Strategist, Management Consultant, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting research and translating findings into clear business recommendations
- An academic background in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, marketing, or a related field
- Interest in commercial development and understanding of how marketing and sales contribute to business growth
- Experience preparing presentations and working confidently in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with high reliability and quality
- A solid understanding of the digital landscape, including its challenges and opportunities
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Swedish is a plus
Location: You can be based in Stockholm. In this role, you will occasionally travel to our different offices and client locations. Our clients are mainly based in the Nordics and Central Europe.
