At Web-IQ, we develop OSINT solutions for international customers such as law enforcement, defense and intelligence organizations. Our technology helps them improve investigations on digital threats, criminal networks and online risks.
But technology alone is not enough. Customers only get real value from our platform when we understand how they work, where they run into challenges and how our data, workflows and features align with their operations.
What will you do?
You will work at the intersection of customers, OSINT content, operations and product development. You will build customer knowledge, contribute substantively and help ensure that customers achieve better results with our technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- understanding how customers use our platform, where they derive value from it and how we can improve the platform
- contributing to customer questions, use cases, workflows and operational challenges
- ensuring that datasets, sources, monitoring, configuration and agreements are reliable and well organized
What do you bring?
We are looking for someone who is curious about customers, subject matter and technology. Someone who does not only want to know what needs to be done, but also why it matters.
You do not need to be able to do everything independently from day one, but we do expect you to:
- take responsibility for customer success
- enjoy understanding customers and investigating problems in depth
- have an interest in OSINT, crime fighting, security and digital threats
- want to work on technology and data with societal impact
Availability and collaboration
Our customers work in mission-critical environments. That means this role requires involvement in the operational reality of the customer. This does not mean you have to be available 24/7, but it does mean you will have to participate in weekend, morning and evening shifts and, when needed, help route customers to support or escalate issues.
Due to the sensitive nature of the work, this role is fully office-based (Stockholm).
