About the Role
IBMis a strategic growth vendor for TD SYNNEX across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our IBM portfolio, helping partners accelerate their digital transformation through innovative IBM solutions.
What Youll Do
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline for IBM products and services, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers through proactive outreach and regular engagement.
- Promote IBM solutions by understanding customer business challenges and matching them with the appropriate technologies.
- Collaborate with field sales, business development, marketing, and technical pre-sales teams to generate demand and close opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing while supporting contract renewals and customer retention activities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about IBM products, competitive offerings, and market trends to position solutions effectively.
- Participate in partner enablement activities, webinars, and sales campaigns to drive business growth.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
What Were Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience ininside sales,account management,business development, or technology sales.
- Experience selling enterpriseIT solutions, with knowledge of IBM technologies considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and consistently meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
