As Sales Manager Refrigeration Nordics you will manage the Group sales process for the refrigeration business towards leading OEM Manufacturers, Dealers, Technical Partners and End Users in the Nordic Area (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Iceland). You will drive and support the business growth by promoting the high-efficiency solutions dedicated to the Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration available within the CAREL Group companies. You will join CAREL Nordic office based in Sweden and you will lead the Nordic Refrigeration team composed by 4 professionals (Sales and Technical Sales).
Your main tasks:

Manage and reinforce the business of CAREL with the current accounts in the territory (OEMs, Dealers and Project partners) to achieve the assigned qualitative and quantitative sales targets;

Identify, qualify, develop new sales opportunities in terms of customers, market and applications niches in the food and non-food cooling needs within the territory;

Participate in the definition of the targets, prepare and implement the required action plan;

Identify and provide solutions to meet the customers’ needs with a consultancy approach also with the support of the available resources in the branch and in the Group;

Organization of and participation to trade fairs, exhibitions and events, customer presentations, product training, customer visits and ensuring the customer proper products know-how and facilitating the adoption of the new and strategic solutions.

Use and maintain the required level of the adopted CRM tools and Reporting.

Being the pivot between customers’ needs and the Company organization for anticipating and achieving market expectations and targets.
- Studies Industrial/Electronic/Refrigeration engineering or a comparable technical education achieved with several years of professional experience with the Refrigeration controls systems or components.

Solid Technical Sales experience and knowledge in the Refrigeration/HVAC sector preferably in the commercial refrigeration.

B2B sales experience, confidence and experience in dealing directly with larger OEMs, Dealers, Contractors and indirectly with Consultants, Installers groups and End Users (Supermarket and Retail chains, Energy companies

Good communication skills; English as primarly but fluency in one more of Nordics languages is a high value for succeeding in the role.
