Business Controller / Financial Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Controller / Financial Analyst to join an exciting organization where finance, business performance, data analytics, and digitalization play a central role.
About the Role
As a Business Controller / Financial Analyst, you will be a key contributor within the finance function, supporting business performance through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and help drive transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making while supporting ongoing digitalization and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive OPEX follow-up and analyze actuals versus budget and forecast
Support monthly closing, forecasting, and estimate processes
Prepare, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and financial analyses
Structure, cleanse, and improve data quality and data management processes
Support initiatives related to reporting automation and digital transformation
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
Collaborate with multiple teams to improve business performance and reporting capabilities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance and controlling
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, business analysis, or similar roles
Strong interest in business performance, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
Good understanding of financial concepts such as P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Power BI and data visualization tools
Interest in automation, digital transformation, and reporting solutions
Curiosity about AI and its applications within finance and business operations
Experience working with large datasets and data quality improvement initiatives
Skills & Competencies
Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Interest in process improvement and operational excellence
