In this role, you will partner closely with customers to bring ideas to life and deliver results aligned with our business goals and Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards.

Your professional profile includes
- B.S. 4–6 years in a food applications lab, production, or related area (preferred)

Master's degree 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Proven experience in beverage product development (e.g., carbonated soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, juice compounds).

Experience with sweet goods and dairy applications is a plus.

Exposure to product or industry commercialisation is an advantage.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Nordic language skills are an asset.
