We’re now looking for an Affiliate and digital marketing manager, with extra emphasis on experience within influencer and affiliate marketing, to join our mission and our Performance Marketing team this autumn, preferably starting mid-August. We’re a small team where you’ll be able to make a big impact, take fast decisions and be a key player to our success. You will help us scale our business by building strong partnerships and driving measurable growth. This role reports to the Head of Performance Marketing.
Own and develop our influencer and affiliate marketing strategy in the Nordics
Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners that drive sales, and align with our brand values and mission to minimize food waste. We work mostly with a commission based model towards our partners.
Manage and optimize our programs on digital affiliate platforms such as Impact, where we work with partners such as Klarna, Mecenat etc, as well as our content creators.
Handle and develop direct relations with other affiliate partners for online and offline initiatives, such as flyer inserts through Affiliprint.
Work operationally and support the Head of performance marketing in other digital channels such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, display or Google. The channel mix would depend on your previous experience.
Own our UGC-content buying and briefing process.
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, and e-commerce teams to launch campaigns that drive sales in a cost-effective manner.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs—ensuring campaigns meet ROI and performance targets.
Stay on top of trends and new formats in digital marketing, and translate them into actionable strategies.
Set goals and track KPIs to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
Refine and adjust strategies based on performance data and ever evolving market conditions.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing in the Nordics, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods space.
Proven experience managing affiliate programs using Impact, Adtraction, or similar platforms.
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with other performance marketing platforms such as Meta or Google. Preferably working with e-commerce campaigns.
Analytical mindset—you know your CAC from your ROAS, and you’re comfortable pulling reports and optimizing campaigns and partnerships.
A collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit—you’re independent and take ownership, but also thrive in a team and environment that moves and evolves fast.
Strong project management, good at negotiating and problem solving skills
An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in English as well as either Swedish, Finnish or Danish
