Univrses is a Stockholm-based 3D Computer Vision and AI company. We provide the perception and spatial awareness necessary for an increasingly autonomous world. While our roots are in the automotive sector, we have pioneered a new category: Infrastructure Intelligence. The Role: Drive Value & Scale

As a Customer Success Manager, you sit at the intersection of technology, innovation, and client engagement. You are the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring that Univrses' technology becomes an indispensable part of their operations.

Your role:

Lead engagements with contractors and clients, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring long-term success with the 3DAI™ platform.
Oversee the rollout of hardware and software, ensuring seamless implementation and high-quality data collection.
Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to our clients, helping them interpret AI-driven insights to improve their own business outcomes.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, working with our engineering and product teams to influence the roadmap based on real-world feedback.
Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our reach within existing accounts to fuel Univrses’ ambitious growth plans.

Who You Are

Relationship Driven: You enjoy building deep, trust-based relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial Grit: You take full ownership of challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your input directly shapes the company's trajectory.
Bilingual: Professional fluency in Swedish and English is required.

What You Bring

Required:

Experience: Proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support within a SaaS or Deep Tech environment.
Execution Power: Ability to streamline complex processes and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Willingness to Travel: You are excited to be in the field, attending international conferences, visiting new markets, and meeting clients and stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

Preferred:

Background in road management, urban planning, or technical contractor services.
Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
