We are hiring Senior Full stack Engineer & AI Native for Sweden.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full stack Engineer will have strong expertise across backend and frontend development, modern web technologies, database design, and cloud-native product development, along with experience building AI-powered solutions. You will work within a small, cross-functional product team, taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle—from architecture and database design to implementation, deployment, and production support. You will also contribute to technical decision-making, product strategy, and the development of AI-driven features, including AI agents and LLM-based capabilities.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 7+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong experience building modern web applications and software products.
- Proven experience with React for frontend development.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including schema design and performance optimization.
- Experience working across the complete software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to production support.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and software quality practices.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, AI agents, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, or cloud platforms is preferred.
- Startup or scale-up product development experience is an advantage.
- Experience working within regulated industries such as HealthTech, MedTech, or FinTech is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
