We are hiring Senior Full stack Engineer & AI Native for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full stack Engineer will have strong expertise across backend and frontend development, modern web technologies, database design, and cloud-native product development, along with experience building AI-powered solutions. You will work within a small, cross-functional product team, taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle—from architecture and database design to implementation, deployment, and production support. You will also contribute to technical decision-making, product strategy, and the development of AI-driven features, including AI agents and LLM-based capabilities.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

7+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Strong experience building modern web applications and software products.
Proven experience with React for frontend development.
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including schema design and performance optimization.
Experience working across the complete software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to production support.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and software quality practices.
Experience building AI-powered applications, AI agents, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions is highly desirable.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, or cloud platforms is preferred.
Startup or scale-up product development experience is an advantage.
Experience working within regulated industries such as HealthTech, MedTech, or FinTech is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
