This is a full-on summer season role at a destination resort. Service volumes are high, the menu spans several styles, and the team works closely together to keep everything moving. The ideal candidate is someone who's already done a season at a larger hotel and is comfortable moving between stations as the night demands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a la carte service across multiple stations — banquets, grill, pizza
- Support the pastry chef as needed
- Maintain quality, timing, and consistency through high-volume service
- Work cleanly and efficiently in a busy summer kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen brigade on prep, mise en place, and service flow
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid hotel kitchen experience is a must — at least one full season at a larger hotel
- Experience working across multiple stations (grill, pizza, banquet, pastry support)
- Speed, consistency, and a calm head during high-volume service
- Hygiene awareness and HACCP working knowledge
- Fluent English (Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus)
- EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in Sweden
- Available for an immediate start through to mid-September
WHAT WE OFFER
- €2,500–3,000 net per month (after tax) — depending on experience and hours
- Accommodation provided locally, covered by the agency — no rent deducted from salary
- Summer season contract: immediate start through mid-September
