Description
As the Sr Revenue and COGS Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our revenue, cost assurance strategy. This position is vital for protecting the company's financial integrity by helping to ensure the completeness and accuracy of revenue streams and cost of goods sold (COGS).
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue and cost lifecycles, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of identifying and recovering financial leakage. Our data landscape is diverse with multiple mediation platforms, several ERPs and a range of different flows to our operational data sources, guaranteeing us to stay alert and that we never have a boring day.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Governance
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Revenue and COGS Assurance strategy, framework, and governance.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and a control framework to monitor and report on the health of revenue and cost streams.
Conduct comprehensive, organization-wide risk assessments to identify, analyze, and prioritize revenue and cost leakage risks across our products, services, and systems.
Design, implement, and monitor a robust set of preventative and detective controls to mitigate identified risks.
Data Analytics and Recovery
Lead data analytics initiatives to proactively identify and quantify any leakage
Investigate revenue and traffic flows and find cost inefficiencies
Develop and present business cases for remediation initiatives and track the recovery of identified leakages.
Process Improvement and Transformation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Product operations, to drive the implementation of process and system enhancements to address the root causes of leakage.
The role is based at SINCH HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and report to the Dir, Finance – Financial Control.
Requirements
To be successful in the role you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will need to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders across diverse departments, including Finance, IT, Sales, and Operations. You have the ability to articulate complex findings and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
Around 7+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance, or a similar role, with a focus on both revenue and cost/margin assurance.
Experience in the telecommunications, CPaaS or SaaS is highly desirable.
Proven ability to develop and implement assurance strategies, frameworks, and controls.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R
Bachelor's degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or any related field
Fluency in English is required

Salary
The monthly salary for this position is between SEK 60.000 – 80.000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
