You combine deep process knowledge with cutting-edge software expertise to design intelligent solutions that perfectly fit our customers’ operations. From translating complex requirements into scalable concepts to influencing solution design, cost, and delivery, you play a crucial role in winning and executing high-impact projects.
Working closely with customers, architects, and internal teams, you ensure that every solution is not only technically robust, but also seamlessly aligned with business needs and security standards. Your expertise directly drives the success of our projects, enabling efficient implementations, smooth collaboration, and long-term customer value.
WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING
- You collect, understand and challenge relevant customer processes and requirements, including logistics processes and market developments, and translate them to the Software Development team

You manage customer relationships, ensuring Process and Software contribute to the overall success of integrated TGW projects

You create and execute gap analyses and the Transparency Process, aligning with architects to decide between product solutions (WERX) or project-specific modifications (including feasibility and risk checks)

You define solution design decisions, including scope of supply, responsibilities, and preliminary choices for own or third-party products

You create IT cost calculations, proposal documents, presentations, templates, and product descriptions
-
You design and develop IT calculation methods and supporting tools
-
You take ownership of IT Security questionnaires and coordinate formal responses with internal and customer IT Security stakeholders

You define integrations with external Warehouse Management System (WMS) partners and ensure alignment within the overall IT landscape
-
You ensure smooth project handover to the realisation department, including clear transfer of requirements, and support business development in process and software topics
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You have good market knowledge of warehouse management software, including Material Flow Control, Warehouse Control Systems, Warehouse Execution Systems and Warehouse Management Systems

You have previous experience in process design and functional descriptions

You have excellent logistics, material flow and data flow knowledge combined with relevant consultancy experience
-
You have knowledge of automation, storage and material handling technologies

You have an excellent command of English and Swedish

You have marketing know-how for software products
-
You have a good understanding of software deployed in manual warehousing solutions
-
You have good software knowledge, including experience using high-level programming languages
