We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!
As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.
At the Automotive and Data business unit of Arrive we are building Android Automotive Applications for different car manufacturers. You will design and build native AAOS applications and put them in every car we can reach.
Our team is small, product-focused, and highly collaborative. We believe in radical ownership - from the initial goal-setting phase to the final feature delivery, you will have a seat at the table.

Drive Growth: Work on high-impact projects central to our global expansion and market acquisition strategies.
Own the Lifecycle: Actively participate in defining product goals and breaking them down into actionable technical deliverables.
Ensure Excellence: Write and maintain robust unit and UI tests to ensure reliability and prevent regressions.
Collaborate Cross-Platform: Align with backend and iOS teams to ensure consistent integrations and a unified user experience.
Lead by Initiative: Coordinate directly with other teams to solve challenges—we don’t believe in bottlenecks, we believe in proactive communication.
Android Expertise: 3+ years of professional Android development experience with Kotlin as your primary language.
Android Automotive Expertise: minimum 1 year of development experience for AAOS.
Modern Tech Stack: Hands-on expertise with Jetpack Compose, MVVM Architecture, Hilt and Kotlin Coroutines/Flows.
System Design: Experience with app modularization and working with REST APIs, API gateways, and the BFF (Backend for Frontend) pattern.
Growth Mindset: Familiarity with feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics tracking to drive data-informed decisions.
Quality First: A proven ability to write comprehensive unit and UI tests.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication—you are comfortable proposing ideas, giving demos, and engaging in deep-dive technical discussions.
Resilience: The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Figma Dev Mode for seamless design-to-code transitions.
A proactive approach to using AI tools to boost productivity (we love a tech-forward engineer!).
Basic knowledge of Javascript or Typescript.
Experience with multi-market or localized applications.
You’ll be part of a team where your ideas are heard, your craft is respected, and your growth is prioritized. If you are curious, proactive, and ready to solve complex Automotive challenges, we want to meet you.
