About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant / Business Analyst to support digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at bridging business needs with digital solutions and thrives in cross-functional, collaborative settings.
As a key partner to business stakeholders and digital teams, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, defining requirements, and driving initiatives that create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and process improvements.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and actionable recommendations.
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital products and solutions.
Work closely with developers, architects, UX specialists, and other cross-functional team members throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure alignment and clarity.
Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring successful communication and execution.
Monitor solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization and increased business value.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or similar role within digital, IT, or transformation environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
Solid understanding of business processes, digital products, and technology-enabled transformation.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making across different organizational levels.
Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset.
