Description:
We are looking for a Delivery Excellence Lead to join TRATON Financial Services and support the Solution Delivery organization in driving predictable and outcome-focused deliveries across complex, cross-functional value streams.
In this role, you will work closely with managers, team leads, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to strengthen Lean-Agile ways of working and improve delivery performance. The assignment includes coaching teams and leaders, facilitating Program Increment (PI) activities, and driving continuous improvements across planning, prioritization, follow-up, and delivery processes.
You will act as a change agent within the organization, contributing to improved collaboration, transparency, and flow efficiency while supporting markets with high-quality deliverables and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and lead Program Increments (PIs) together with managers, team leads, and project managers.
- Drive improvements related to inflow, prioritization, follow-up, and capacity planning.
- Facilitate PI-related events such as readiness sessions, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Monitor bottlenecks, optimize flow, and support continuous improvement activities using data and transparency.
- Ensure dependencies and risks are visible, tracked, and managed.
- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices.
- Support collaboration across product, architecture, and operations.
- Establish escalation paths and coordinate resolution of risks and delivery issues.
- Measure and follow up on delivery-related metrics such as predictability, lead time, flow efficiency, and quality.
- Communicate progress, status, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and hands-on support when needed.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in leadership roles within Agile delivery environments, such as RTE, Delivery Lead, Program Lead, or similar.
- Experience facilitating large-scale Agile deliveries using SAFe or comparable frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and training capabilities.
- Experience working with Program Increments (PI) and Agile planning processes.
- Good understanding of metrics and flow diagnostics, such as predictability and cumulative flow.
- Experience using Jira and related Agile planning and visualization tools.
- Ability to influence and drive change without formal authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Experience from Agile software development environments is considered meritorious.
- Understanding of financial services and market needs is considered an advantage.
- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities

7. Participate in user acceptance testing (uat) and provide support during implementation phase
8. Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis, business analysis, and agile methodologies
