We are looking for a structured and driven Manager Planning to take full ownership of site wide planning and coordination at our Gothenburg site.
In this key role, you will ensure alignment between production, logistics, supply chain, and support functions, making sure resources, priorities, and activities are fully synchronized to deliver on customer commitments and business targets.
You will translate demand into executable plans, balance capacity with operational requirements, and ensure strong performance through proactive, data driven decision making. This is a highly cross-functional role where you connect strategy with execution and play a central part in securing overall site performance.
Lead, coach, and develop the Planning team, including performance management, goal setting, competence development, and salary reviews.
Own and develop site planning processes to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and operational priorities.
Create and optimize short- and long-term production and delivery plans to secure high delivery performance and operational efficiency.
Own the site Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across production, logistics, supply chain, and support functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, stability, and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to resource planning, budgeting, and operational development.
You are a structured and results-oriented leader who thrives in complex operational environments. You have a strong ability to create clarity, alignment, and execution across functions.
We believe you have experience from a senior role within planning, operations, supply chain, or production.
You have a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
You bring proven experience in capacity planning, scheduling, and operational coordination.
You have strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs to drive performance.
You have leadership experience, including managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
You have financial understanding, including budgeting and cost control.
You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
