As part of the Polish team, you will support our brands in developing their partner marketing programs by building new partnerships, strategically expanding existing ones, and nurturing strong relationships. Your work will play an important role in strengthening Adtraction’s position and helping us become one of the leading networks in the Polish market.
Manage a large portfolio of accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Upsell new features to existing clients
Create strategic marketing plans for your brands
Open up new partnerships
2-5 years in Digital Marketing, Account Management, Business Development, or Sales.
Professional fluency in Polish and English (essential for our international collaboration).
Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing, Partner Marketing, or agency experience is highly valued.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a strong plus.
You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn. You don’t wait for instructions; you look for solutions.

Transparent Compensation: 7,000 - 10,500 PLN Gross monthly (depending on experience).
