Are you passionate about marketing automation and eager to help teams create more effective, data-driven customer communication? We are looking for a Global Marketing Automation Specialist to join ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Landskrona.
You will be part of a central team of digital specialists, supporting markets and brands globally in using our marketing automation platform and improving how we engage with customers across the full journey.
In this role, you’ll thrive in a culture that values engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous learning, empowering you to build a career you can be proud of.
What you will do as our Global Marketing Automation Specialist
In this role, you will act as a key expert and point of contact for marketing automation, supporting global teams in getting the most out of the platform. You will combine hands-on campaign work with stakeholder support and continuous improvement, helping markets move from basic email communication to more advanced and automated customer journeys.
Working closely with colleagues across regions, brands, and functions, you will contribute to building more consistent, scalable, and effective ways of working with marketing automation across the division
For example, you would:
- Act as a superuser of our marketing automation platform (Marketo), supporting colleagues across markets with campaigns, best practices, and platform usage.
- Own and manage the platform globally, including governance, user access, templates, structure, and overall ways of working.
- Develop, test, execute, and analyze campaigns, driving improved engagement and supporting the shift from basic email marketing to more advanced automation (e.g. nurture flows and triggered communication).
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and simplify how teams work with marketing automation across markets.
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices through meetings, documentation, trainings, and internal communication channels.
- Plan and support onboarding of markets, brands, and users, as well as deliver trainings and workshops tailored to different experience levels.
- Coordinate integrations between the marketing automation platform and other systems (e.g. CRM) and contribute to the development and optimization of lead scoring and broader marketing automation practices.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Around 2+ years of hands-on experience working with a marketing automation platform (Marketo is strongly preferred).
- A solid understanding of the marketing funnel, lead generation, and customer journeys.
- Experience working with campaign execution, email marketing, and basic automation flows.
- A good understanding of how marketing automation platforms connect with other systems (e.g. CRM), without needing to be highly technical.
- High proficiency in English.
You are a collaborative and proactive team player with strong communication skills and confidence in supporting and guiding others. You bring a structured way of working and can balance multiple tasks in an international environment. Curious and solution-oriented, you are motivated by improving how teams use data and customer communication, and you enjoy helping different markets grow and mature. You take initiative, share ideas, and remain flexible and pragmatic, combining a user-focused mindset with attention to detail
