Job Description

SF Anytime, part of SF Studios, is a leading video-on-demand service across the Nordics and Baltics. We offer the world's largest movie library; over 15,000 films and series, from the latest Hollywood releases to local Nordic titles. Following the acquisition of Blockbuster Denmark, we're continuing to grow and integrate our services across markets, serving a customer base of 2 million.

We're now making a serious investment in marketing automation: a new best-in-class platform is in place, and we're building the entire customer lifecycle and growth function around it. We are therefore looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities
We've put the first stake in the ground, and now we're looking for someone who genuinely wants to be a part of building this area from the ground up with us. You'll implement a 360° marketing automation engine focused on customer lifecycle and growth, work closely with our management team to make it a success. More specifically, you will:

Own and grow our two north-star metrics: reactivation rate and revenue from returning customers.
Design, build, and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns across the full customer journey; onboarding, retention, reactivation, and winback.
Run continuous A/B tests and use the results to sharpen segmentation, messaging, and timing. Turn customer data into personalized, high-performing automations in our new platform.
Partner closely with tech, product, data/analytics, and content to ship and improve.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, we believe you:

Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
Have experience in e-commerce or a fast-paced, high-sales environment.
Have experience with and a preference for working with A/B testing to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Are comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where you take real ownership.
Are technically capable, you learn new systems fast and work confidently across a range of tools and platforms.
