We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop and rollout digital solutions that support compliance processes, data quality initiatives, and regulatory workflows across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with other developers, testers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to introduce and mature digital capabilities within our processes and services. You will often demo solutions for managers, developers, testers and others.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design, develop, and rollout services used across Quality & Compliance Digital
- Develop software, mainly in .Net,Java & React
- See the bigger picture of each product, not only write the code
- Ensure that stakeholders throughout the organization understand the value and benefits of our solutions
- Demo solutions for managers, developers and testers
- Identify opportunities for improvement and investigate how new tools and technologies can make compliance and quality processes more efficient
- Work with parsing, structuring, and validating large and diverse data sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce solutions into existing CI/CD, testing, and compliance processes
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
