About the role
As part of Microsoft's leading partner ecosystem, you will focus on innovation, leadership, and the delivery of high-value business solutions. You will own the overall solution architecture and set the strategic direction for how solutions are designed, integrated, and scaled over time.
In this role, you will lead the definition and delivery of end-to-end ERP technical solutions, including system integrations and recommendations for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) solutions and other best-of-breed technologies.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will define technical architecture, ensure solutions meet business objectives, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, combined with strong architectural best practices to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and functional and technical teams to define solution roadmaps and architectural strategies.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for mission-critical ERP solutions, integrations, security, and governance.
Design complex integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and third-party applications using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and APIs.
Oversee technical delivery and ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with Microsoft's recommended practices.
Lead technical architecture governance and maintain overall responsibility for development and deployment activities.
Mentor and coach technical teams while fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Stay current with Microsoft's latest innovations and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
We are looking for someone who has:
Several years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
Proven experience in technical architecture and designing business-critical ERP solutions
Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, Dataverse, and Azure Integration Services
Experience leading technical teams and driving technical decisions in complex projects
The ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions
Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions and the Microsoft Azure platform
A solid understanding of security, governance, and ERP architecture best practices
Experience facilitating customer discussions, workshops, and collaborating closely with both business and IT stakeholders
