As a Part of Our Team
You will work with customers across Sweden, helping them navigate digital transformation and realize the full potential of technology. While our team is based in Uppsala, Luleå, and Malmö, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model where remote collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. Travel may be required depending on customer needs and assignment requirements.
As a consultant, you will take part in a variety of assignments across different organizations. You will help customers create value through digital transformation, system development, and modern ways of working. Depending on the assignment, you may take on different roles, collaborating with development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful outcomes, deliver tangible value, and support lasting change.
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with technical and agile development skills to join our Consulting team in Uppsala focusing on external assignments. Depending on the assignment, you may work on:
Leading and coordinating system development and digital transformation initiatives.
Acting as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile processes and driving continuous improvement within teams.
Serving as a Product Owner, responsible for prioritization, backlog management, and maximizing value delivery.
Driving requirements analysis and pre-study activities in close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.
Facilitating workshops, planning sessions, and decision-making forums.
Supporting change management and business transformation efforts to increase value, quality, and operational efficiency for our customers.
We are looking for someone with
-
Experience from one or more roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach or Technical Project Manager.
Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar.
Experience in leading, coordinating or facilitating development teams and transformation initiatives.
Good understanding of the interaction between organization, product and technology.
Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
It Is An Advantage If You Have
Experience from healthcare.
Certifications in Scrum, Product Ownership, SAFe, PMP, IPMA, PPS or equivalent.
Experience with established management models such as PPS, PROJEKTiL, PM3 or equivalent.
