We are looking for a commercially sharp, creative and hands-on person who can create digital creative that drives results – especially for channels such as paid social.
You may have a background in digital marketing, creative performance, growth marketing, UX/UI design, art direction or content production. What matters most is that you understand what makes people stop, trust and take action – and that you can turn ideas into strong ads, landing page concepts and creative variants.
As our Head of Creative Performance, you will work across areas such as creative production, paid media, AI tools, CRO and performance. You will develop ideas, produce assets, launch and improve campaigns, follow performance and turn learnings into better ads, stronger landing page concepts and sharper creative.
This is a senior hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility from day one. You are already using AI actively in your work, can create strong material yourself and know how to move quickly from idea to live campaign – and then improve it based on what actually works.

You will drive growth by creating, launching and improving ads, especially for paid social and display. You will work hands-on with creative production, campaign setup, media buying, landing page concepts, campaign testing and conversion work.
Examples of responsibilities:
Creative production: creating static ads, video assets, display ads, campaign assets and creative variants using UGC creators, AI, design tools and video editing tools.
Persuasive messaging: shaping hooks, angles, proof points and calls to action that build trust and drive action.
Paid social and display: developing, setting up, managing, testing and improving ads and campaigns across paid social, display and other relevant marketing channels.
Landing pages and CRO: creating strong landing page concepts, hypotheses, messaging, visual direction and test logic that improve conversion.
Measurement, learning and iteration: following up performance, documenting learnings and turning insights into better creative, sharper campaigns, stronger landing page concepts and new tests.
This is a senior role for someone who combines strong creative ability with commercial judgment and execution power. You may have a background in digital marketing, creative performance, growth marketing, UX/UI design, art direction, content production or creative strategy – but you are excited about using your creative skills to create ads, landing page concepts and campaigns that drive results.
You are not just someone who briefs creative work. You can create a lot yourself, get things live quickly and raise the quality of what we test, while knowing when to involve specialists.
We think you will do great here if you are:
Great at creating ads and digital creative: this is the heart of the role. You have a strong instinct for what makes people stop, read, trust and click. You understand hooks, pacing, formats, visual hierarchy, proof points, direct-response messaging and how to turn ideas into many strong creative variants quickly.
Hands-on with design, creative and video tools: you use Figma or similar design tools, AI tools and video editing tools to produce and adapt creative quickly. You do not need every asset to start with a designer or video editor, but you also know when to involve specialists to raise the quality further.
Commercially sharp and performance-oriented: you combine creative instinct with commercial judgment and understand what makes ads and campaigns perform. You are curious about results, comfortable getting close to campaign performance and ideally also able to set up, manage or optimize campaigns hands-on.
AI-native and technically confident: you are comfortable with marketing tools and already use AI actively in your work. You are excited about how AI can improve creative production, campaign testing, landing page concepts, workflows and performance.
Committed to learning and iteration: you follow up results, document what you learn and use it to keep improving. You want every ad, campaign and landing page concept to make the next one sharper.

The office is situated on the entire second floor of Lund's station building. The role is hybrid.
