We are looking for a commercially sharp, analytical and hands-on digital marketer who knows how to create growth across channels. You may be strong in SEO, SEM, paid social, display, CRO, landing pages, marketing automation or AI-driven workflows – what matters most is that you can identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into real business results.
As our Head of Growth Marketing, you will work across the most important digital growth areas in our marketing team. You will develop and improve campaigns, landing pages, search initiatives, paid media, conversion flows, automations and AI-supported ways of working. The role is broad, but the goal is simple: find what can drive growth, make it happen and keep improving it based on what actually works.
This is a senior hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility from day one. You are commercially driven, fast-moving and already use AI actively in your work. You will have the mandate to turn ideas into real business impact – and the ambition to become one of the best at applying AI to modern growth marketing.

You will help drive growth across our markets by working hands-on with digital marketing, paid media, search, CRO, landing pages, campaign testing, AI tools and marketing automation. The role is about finding the highest-impact opportunities and getting high-quality work launched.
You do not need to be a specialist in every channel, but you should have a real edge in at least one important growth area – such as SEO, SEM, paid social or CRO. We are a small team, so you need to create results yourself, hands-on or together with specialists – not mainly by managing or delegating.
Examples of responsibilities:
Digital growth: identifying, prioritizing and driving high-impact marketing initiatives that improve leads, conversion, revenue, CAC, lead quality, profitability and growth.
AI-first marketing: using AI actively to improve analysis, search, creative production, content workflows, automations, campaign testing, execution speed and marketing quality.
Paid media: developing, setting up, managing, testing and improving campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display and other relevant platforms.
Search and visibility: improving performance across organic search, paid search, GEO and AI-driven search visibility.
Web, landing pages and CRO: leading web projects, creating and improving landing page concepts, messaging, hypotheses, test logic and conversion flows.
Experimentation and optimization: launching tests, following up performance and turning learnings into better campaigns, landing pages, channels and growth initiatives.
Marketing systems and automation: building and improving workflows, automations and tools that make the marketing team faster, smarter and more scalable.
This is a senior role for a strong digital marketer who combines commercial judgment, analytical ability, AI-native ways of working and hands-on execution.
You may come from growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, paid social, CRO or a broader marketing role. What matters most is that you have a real edge in at least one important growth area – and that you can create results yourself, either hands-on or by working closely with specialists to turn opportunities into launched initiatives that improve results.

A strong digital growth marketer: you understand how channels such as SEO, SEM, paid social, display, CRO, landing pages and marketing automation work together to create growth.
AI-native in your work: you already use AI tools actively and are motivated to become exceptional at applying AI to marketing.
Commercially sharp and analytical: you think in growth, conversion, CAC, lead quality, revenue and profitability – and use data to make better decisions.
Hands-on and execution-oriented: you do not only create plans. You make sure things get implemented, tested, followed up and improved.
Strong in at least one growth area: you have a real edge in one or more areas such as SEO, SEM, paid social, CRO, landing pages, marketing automation or AI-driven workflows.
Technically confident: you are comfortable with marketing tools, websites, tracking, landing page builders, automations and working with developers or specialists when needed.
Ambitious and curious: you want to build something exceptional and keep improving as digital marketing, AI and growth evolve.
Fluent in Swedish and/or English: you can communicate clearly in at least one of the languages used across our team and markets.

The office is situated on the entire second floor of Lund's station building. The role is hybrid.
