Deloitte is looking for talented and experienced professionals to join our SAP-team in Sweden. We are looking to grow in the following areas: SAP Delivery Excellence, Project Manager, Business Manager, PMO, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Process Manager, Test and Release Manager
As an experienced SAP professional, you will play a key role in driving SAP-enabled business transformation for both global enterprises and local Nordic companies. You will be involved in major SAP projects, working closely with clients to shape solutions from roadmap to post-go-live support, defining scope, planning, and ensuring successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include providing business insights, managing stakeholders, improving processes, identify needs and translating them to technical requirements and guiding leaders through digital transformation.
You will enhance your people skills by collaborating with both onshore and offshore colleagues as part of a global team. Leveraging your SAP expertise, you will lead your team in delivering adapted solutions within budget and on time. By building strong client relationships, you will create value and drive long-term business growth.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive business development with new clients, applying your expertise to foster knowledge and talent growth.
Qualifications
To succeed in these roles, you need a strategic mindset, strong customer focus, and experience with SAP solutions and digital transformation technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud. A deep understanding of customer needs, business processes, and organizational challenges is essential. You thrive in an international environment, have broad experience, are eager to learn, and work well in teams.
Key qualifications include:
Experience in large-scale SAP transformation and implementation projects, while industry knowledge and subject matter expertise are valued.
Further qualifications:
Completed master’s or bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of SAP experience across various functional areas
3+ years as a Project Manager
Experience in a consulting environment and with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
Hands-on experience with SAP modules; S/4HANA experience is a plus
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading teams in projects and organizations
Proven ability to manage client interactions, primarily in client-facing roles
Understanding of end-to-end business processes, best practices, and industry trends
Core consulting skills (advisory, strategy, presentation, problem-solving, coordination)
Familiarity with project lifecycle phases (prepare, explore, realize, deploy)
Experience as a Solution Architect, Project Manager, Functional/Process Consultant, Business Process Expert, Product Owner or similar
Strong business expertise, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficiency in English and Swedish (oral and written)
Willingness to travel
