We are looking for an experienced and people‑focused Group Manager to lead and develop a highly skilled engineering teams working with next‑generation ADAS products.
In this role, you will lead a team of electronics engineers responsible for the design and development of electronics for our camera products, as well as HiT software engineers specialized in hardware bring‑up activities.
You will work in close collaboration with other group managers, technical experts, and cross‑functional teams across the organization. The role requires strong ownership, clear leadership, and the ability to create the best possible conditions for the team to succeed.
As a manager, you will lead, coach, and support the team to achieve individual objectives, project milestones, and company goals. You are responsible for day‑to‑day leadership and prioritization, ensuring that the right resources are available for both current and future projects.
You will also have responsibility for our high‑tech electronics equipment and test facilities. This includes reviewing existing setups and leading investments in new equipment when needed, ensuring we maintain modern and future‑ready test environments for upcoming products.
You will be part of the Development Engineering Management Team, contributing to the development of the next generation of products that integrate electronics, mechanics, optics, and software.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the local electronics design and HiT teams.
Plan and secure resources, competencies, and capacity to meet current and future projects needs
Lead and ensure delivery of electronics development activities across the product development lifecycle
Drive adherence to established development methodologies, tools, and processes
Continuously improve engineering efficiency and drive reuse of design architectures
Manage electronics laboratories and test facilities, including future‑ready investments
Actively contribute to management team work and technical strategy within Development Engineering

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
Experience in a managerial role with a strong ability to lead,
develop and engage teams
Experience leading electronic engineers, test facilities and collaborating with HiT / hardware bring-up teams in complex embedded environments
Experience in design of electronic embedded systems and components
Knowledge in Functional Safety and Cyber Security
Good knowledge of DFMEA, risk management and Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Experience from high-volume electronic production
Experience of integration between electronics, mechanics and optics
University degree in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
