About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
As Senior Account Executive on the Salesforce Informatica team in Sweden, you will own the full enterprise manufacturing segment — acting as the primary point of contact for data management and integration solutions across the market. Based in Stockholm, you will report to the Regional Vice President, Nordics, and operate as both a territory strategist and a hands-on dealmaker. This is an individual contributor role with the strategic weight of a sector lead, backed by the full Salesforce ecosystem.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the Sweden Enterprise Manufacturing segment, acting as the "CEO of your territory" and driving pipeline from initial prospecting through to close.
- Build deep, lasting relationships with CXO, CIO, and Engineering leaders within manufacturing, translating complex industrial data challenges into high-impact business outcomes.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and strategic partners to deliver seamless customer outcomes and maximise deal value.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting within Salesforce CRM using the MEDDPICC methodology, and articulate the value of Data Integration, Quality, and Governance as the foundation for AI-driven manufacturing transformation.
You're Our Person If...
- 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience within enterprise software, with a proven track record of overachievement in the Swedish manufacturing market and an established network of enterprise contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organisations and build champions across both business and technical functions.
- Proficiency in a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Professional fluency in Swedish and English, and must be based in Sweden.
Even Better If...
- Experience in Data Management, Data Integration, or Data Science solutions.
- Familiarity with selling into the broader Nordic industrial landscape.
- Degree or equivalent experience; backgrounds will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer work).
