About the job
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and route incident tickets to our technicians in a smooth and efficient way. This includes handling incidents regarding the property network and ensuring high quality in our data to support our journey toward automation.
As one of our Operations Coordinators, you will act as a central hub for scheduling and planning, coordinating our field technicians and partners. You will also be a key contributor to the development of our automated dispatch function, as well as other routines and processes within the team.
Tasks included in the role:

Contribute to the ongoing planning and overview of team capacity and skills.

Monitor and follow up on SLA/OLA to ensure consistent quality.

Collaborate and coordinate closely with NOC, Field Service, Customer Service, and other stakeholders.

Develop and refine daily working methods and routines together with the team.

Participate in process development and help define what we need from our support systems.
