In this role, you will be responsible to partner with Business and HR leaders to provide expertise and solutions in the field of Talent Acquisition within the global ABB organization to attract the appropriate workforce to deliver the business strategy, focusing on the Electrification Smart Power Division supporting its agile Smart Transformation.
Reporting to the BATA Head you will define, implement, and continuously optimize HR processes and procedures aligned with ABB’s guidance, policies, and procedures.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to ELSP Agile organization.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Taking end-to-end responsibility for recruitment for global, business and critical to hire roles, serving respective business areas and managing a highly efficient recruitment process across geographies

Managing recruitment campaigns, partnering with hiring managers to understand the requirements, and proposing appropriate sourcing solutions

Understanding the global markets and building strong relationships and trust with senior leaders across the ELSP division

Performing excellent Stakeholder Management with a wide range of stakeholders across geographies and levels including Global Senior Executives

Actively advocating for internal Talent Advancement, diversity and inclusion opportunities

Actively source for talent on the external market focusing on agile profiles

Liaising with internal sourcing and external recruitment firms if required and ensuring their capabilities for market mapping and recruitment support in the various geographic regions

Ensuring compliance standards in all areas of responsibility

Partnering with local Talent Acquisition teams and HR Business Partners
- A degree in business administration, HR, psychology, or related fields

Minimum 4 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting including inhouse recruiting experience within a comparable organization or an international search firm

Sound knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media

Strong knowledge and/or interest in agile profiles / set-up

Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends, as well as strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects

Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills

Self-driven, resilient, energetic, creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, additional languages are an advantage
