As an Account Manager (internal business title: Account Director) you are responsible for developing and strengthening long-term client relationships across a defined portfolio, with a clear focus on growing our presence in the Nordic market. You act as a trusted partner to your clients, identifying opportunities to expand collaboration, increase value, and drive sustainable business growth.
You proactively engage with clients at all levels, building strong partnerships based on trust, expertise, and a deep understanding of their business needs. You take a consultative approach - helping clients uncover new opportunities and positioning Dynata as a strategic data partner.
Together with your manager, you will define and execute a regional growth strategy, aimed at expanding our footprint, strengthening key accounts, and unlocking growth opportunities across the Nordics.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Drive business growth within the Nordic region by identifying opportunities to expand accounts through strategic partnerships, up- and cross-selling
- Develop and execute a portfolio and account growth strategy aligned with overall sales targets
- Proactively engage clients through regular meetings, on-site visits, and industry events to deepen relationships and increase visibility
- Expand your network by building new connections in the market
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a strong understanding of Dynata’s full product portfolio and effectively position it to address client needs
- Provide accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development with a proven growth track record
- Experience in market research, data, insights, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
