We're now looking for a Sales Manager in Malmö to spearhead our growth in the Öresund region. If you're a relationship-driven dealmaker with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is your chance to build your own portfolio, own your contracts, and create substantial, recurring income.

What you'll do

Grow and own a client portfolio in Greater Malmö and the Öresund region through meetings, events, and tailored pitches, positioning K&A as a trusted Swedish IT talent partner
Secure long-term IT consulting contracts (1–5+ years), negotiate terms, and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with our Nordic consultant network to match senior IT talent with complex client needs
Work independently with flexible hours, structuring your weeks around client impact and results, not face time

Who you are

A self-driven, relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment
You care about both sides, helping clients succeed and enabling IT consultants to do meaningful work
Proven track record in solution sales or business development, ideally in IT consulting, recruitment, or tech
Fluent in English (essential), Swedish is a strong advantage, Danish is a plus
Based in Malmö and comfortable with regular in-person client meetings across the Öresund region
Entrepreneurial mindset: you want ownership, transparency, and a direct link between effort and earnings
