As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work within a close-knit, human-sized team of 2 people integrated into the Operations department. You will handle stimulating technical challenges and play a key role as the internal link between our clients and our technical teams.
Your missions :
Technical Troubleshooting & Frontend : you diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the platform, including performing minor frontend modifications directly to customer pages to maximize responsiveness and bypass development sprint delays.
Product Expertise & APIs : you become a power user of the Vendre platform (a seamless All-in-One approach embedding a CMS and PIM) to guide our customers and analyze API structures.
Bug Reporting & Jira Tracking: you identify, reproduce, and document complex technical bugs directly in Jira, collaborating closely with the engineering team on deep investigations that can take up to two weeks.
Voice of the Customer : you act as a true strategic relay by centralizing client feedback, pain points, and feature requests, and passing them directly to the Product Management team.
Knowledge Base Management : you create and update help articles and tutorials to enable customer self-service.

Who are you ?
You have 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or e-commerce operations (SaaS experience is a major plus).
You possess a solid technical background and aptituden : a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and API structures is mandatory to ensure quick autonomy.
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English to support our users and collaborate internationally.
You are recognized for your natural curiosity, your sharp problem-solving skills, and your ability to remain calm, empathetic, and positive under pressure.
You want to learn, grow, and execute your craft within a highly accountable and passionate team.

️ This position is available on a Permanent Contract, and based at Saltmätargatan 5 - 113 59 Stockholm.
️ Remote policy : 2 days of remote work per week.
️ Salary : €3,250 gross monthly
Recruitment Process :

Interview with the manager and the technical lead, and after, we will send technical questions to assess your skills.
