What You'll Do
Own Endra's talent acquisition function end-to-end across Sweden, the UK, and the US.
Own the full candidate journey from first touch to signed offer, making sure every person who goes through an Endra process walks away with a great experience.
Partner closely with the management team on role scoping and hiring prioritization as we scale from 30 to 60+ employees this year.
Drive sourcing and pipeline across Engineering, GTM, and Operations with a smart-first approach before turning to agencies.
Set and track the recruiting metrics that actually matter: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, and early retention.
Make sure our hiring processes across all three markets are legally compliant and scalable.
What We're Looking For
Has owned full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup at Seed, Series A, or beyond, ideally across multiple geographies at the same time.
Previous experience with hiring engineers.
Strong operator as much as a recruiter: you can design a process, align hiring managers, and close multiple top-talent candidates all at once.
Brings sharp instincts for talent hiring: you know the difference between a hire who fills a seat and one who raises the bar.
Runs a tight, data-driven process. You track time-to-hire, quality of hire, and pipeline health the way a PM tracks conversion.
Comfortable working with AI-powered sourcing tools and building workflows that don't break when hiring volume doubles overnight.
