Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som projektledare kommer du ha ett helhetsansvar för att driva industriprojekt frÄn start till mÄl genom att organisera, planera och leda arbetet pÄ ett effektivt sÀtt, allt i enlighet med Metsos polices och processer.I arbetet ingÄr att definiera projektens mÄl och leveranser, upprÀtta projektbudgetar och tidsplaner, kommunicera med kunder och leverantörer samt pÄ ett motiverande sÀtt leda det interna projektteamet.

Main Responsibilities
In the role of Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for driving industrial projects from start to finish by organizing, planning, and leading the work efficiently, always in accordance with Metsoâs policies and processes.
Your responsibilities include defining project goals and deliverables, establishing project budgets and schedules, communicating with customers and suppliers, and leading the internal project team in an engaging and motivating way.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in project management as well as a university degree in engineering or equivalent. You work proactively and in a structured manner, with a strong ability to see the bigger picture.
