Are you an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in technology sourcing, vendor management, and strategic procurement? We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager for an exciting consulting assignment in Stockholm, where you will play a key role in creating commercial value through technology in a global and fast-paced environment.
As a Commercial Manager, you will combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You will be responsible for creating structure, driving improvements, and ensuring strong commercial governance across a complex organization with multiple stakeholders and global suppliers.
You will work closely with senior leadership, technology teams, and external partners while leading and developing an international commercial team.
Lead and develop a global commercial team with a collaborative, trust-based, and results-oriented approach.
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection processes, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure cost efficiency, value optimization, and strong commercial governance.
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Technology teams to turn strategy into execution.
Monitor supplier performance and manage commercial and operational escalations when needed.
Develop and improve procurement, supplier management, and commercial processes.
Create clarity and priorities in an environment characterized by change and complexity.
A relevant academic degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
Extensive experience within technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management in complex organizations.
Proven leadership experience, including leading teams through transformation and change.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development and vendor governance.
Experience working with SaaS solutions, multi-vendor environments, and complex contract structures.
The ability to move seamlessly between strategic initiatives and operational execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
You are a confident and pragmatic leader who builds trust through clarity, presence, and sound decision-making. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and can maintain momentum even when priorities shift.
