We are looking for a Head of Strategic Insights & Industry Marketing for the Food & Pharma Division. We are dedicated to helping billions of people access nutritious food, clean water, and safe medicine. We pioneer technologies and solutions for life-critical industries, including food, pharmaceutical, and water sectors, enabling our customers to produce more while using less water, energy, and valuable raw materials.
The Head of Strategic Insights & Industry Marketing plays a key role in shaping market-driven growth priorities for the Food & Pharma Division. Working closely with divisional leadership, strategic business developers, and stakeholders across the organization, the role translates market, customer, competitive, and industry insights into commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Reporting to the VP Marketing, this role drives divisional industry marketing strategies across priority verticals, supports business planning and growth prioritization, and ensures marketing contributes directly to revenue growth, competitive positioning, and long-term business expansion. Success requires the ability to connect strategic insight with commercial execution in a complex international B2B environment.
The role also leads the division’s industry marketing agenda across priority industries, ensuring alignment between growth priorities, customer engagement, and marketing execution.
Planning & prioritization
This position is preferably based at our Stockholm (Flemingsberg) office, though Alfa Laval office locations in Pune, Beijing, Lund, or Soborg may also be considered. The role includes an expected travel commitment of a couple of days per month.
