Now we are looking for ambitious French speakers in Sweden to join our sales team in Lund. The role is especially well suited for students looking for a meaningful part-time job alongside their studies, but we welcome all applicants who are excited by the opportunity.
In this part-time role, you will speak with French families, learn sales in a fast-moving international environment, and become part of a young, ambitious team at our office in Lund’s central station.

In France we operate through Ikando and Top Soutien Scolaire, combining personalized tutoring with modern learning tools to help students grow – academically and personally
You will work close to the core of Allakando’s expansion in France, speaking with families who are actively looking for tutoring support. Your job is to understand their situation, build trust, and help them choose the right solution for their child.
Over time, you will become a specialist in consultative sales: asking the right questions, communicating value clearly, handling objections, and closing deals in a way that feels both professional and helpful.
What you will do:
Speak with French families over the phone (who are actively looking for support)
Understand the student’s situation and recommend a tailored tutoring solution
Build trust quickly and communicate value clearly
Close deals and hit weekly targets – in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the team: share learnings, improve scripts, sharpen the playbook
No prior sales experience is needed. We will teach you:
Consultative sales fundamentals (discovery, value framing, objections, closing)
Daily routines that top performers use to earn more with less stress
Communication that makes families feel confident, while still moving decisions forward

No specific degree level is required. We welcome ambitious French speakers at different stages – whether you are currently studying, looking for a full-time job, taking a gap year, preparing for future studies, or have recently graduated.
The atmosphere at the office is easy-going but focused. We care about delivering value – and having fun while doing it. We also try hard to keep things simple.
Our office is located on the entire second floor of Lund’s central station building, a beautiful 1850s landmark with 4.20-metre ceilings and a front-row seat to the city.
