Your role
Your primary focus will be working with improving and facilitating our leap into industry 4.0. Our key initiative smart factory is of now being built where systems and functions are interconnected.
Bridging data from our systems with real production is essential. You will lead and guide a cross functional team where your analytical skills, leadership and curiosity will be invaluable. To make informed improvement recommendations, you must be able to see both perspectives.
You will report to the Head of Strategy & Business Intelligence and be part of a cross-functional team with diverse expertise in strategy and business intelligence. In addition, work with key stakeholders on strategic projects, you are expected to be an active team member, supporting Production Gothenburg in achieving its KPIs and acting as a facilitator for our continued transition into Industry 4.0.
Your main tasks will be:
To lead and facilitate our smart factory initiative
To lead and implement BI solutions that are aligned with the production strategy in order to meet long-term strategic targets
To function as a strategic guide and confidently steer our projects in the necessary direction
To generate business value by implementing effective methods that enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times
To be an effective leader who fosters positivity and inspiration throughout the organisation
Your profile
As an IT Business Analyst, you will need to quickly navigate tools and processes within our production environment to guide stakeholders in the right direction.
To be successful in this role, we see that you have:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Advanced knowledge within IT-systems and the setup
Good capability in using BI tools such as, Qlik Sense, MS Power BI, SQL etc.
Strong understanding for ERP architecture and the rationale behind the setup
Strong business understanding of how processes and performance tracking connect data with productions reality, serving as a accelerator for digitalization
The ability to collaborate cross functional through well practiced communications and leadership skills.
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Further, we see that you have a problem-solving attitude, meaning that you are solution oriented with a strong analytical mind, are a curious fast learner and have a “can do” attitude. You also have an entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to work in “white space” to create new solutions.

Ideally, you also have:
A proven track-record of working in a Production setting
A proven track-record of larger improvement projects
Experience from working with IT governance and structures
Experience from developing different digital business solutions
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
