The Digital Access Solutions (DAS) segment is a key driver of our digital transformation agenda.
We are seeking a Director and Head of Product Management – Electronic Access Control (EAC) to lead the common EAC product portfolio across EMEIA.
This is a senior strategic leadership role, accountable for defining the EAC product vision, roadmap, and commercial success. You will ensure a competitive, customer-driven portfolio that delivers sustainable growth and aligns with Group and DAS strategy.
Drive customer-right products through voice of customer activities, market insights, competitor analysis, and BI data
Generate and own business cases, revenue follow-up, and portfolio performance metrics
Lead portfolio lifecycle decisions, including consolidation and integration of acquired EAC companies
Drive AI and technology adoption in close collaboration with R&D
Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and GTT on pricing, value proposition, and total solutions
