Your Role
We are now looking for an Integration Subpractice Leader to join the leadership team of our Integration business line in Sweden. You will be essential in driving the growth of our Integration business and practice capacity. You will be the people manager for team managers across Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg and Malmö. In your role you will collaborate with our Head of Integrations & APIs to, for example, co-shape our strategy. You will ensure progress in execution of practice growth in and alignment to market demands. As an expert in your field you will be a visible ambassador for our integration and API offerings, and a client-facing leader. You are strong in architecture and will lead and develop our delivery teams, while also contributing part-time in billable engagements.
Lead & grow the Integration Subpractice in Sweden

Lead, coach and develop team managers across multiple locations; set direction, priorities, and execution cadence.

Drive capability and talent planning: hiring, onboarding, upskilling/certifications, and building communities of practice.

Establish a clear operating rhythm across sites (delivery governance, staffing strategy, quality gates, and performance follow-up).

Collaborate with Head of Integrations and APIs in strategy setting and aligning development of the subpractice.

Take a leading role in transforming Capgemini’s Integration & API capability for the AI Agentic era, where integrations are no longer only system-to-system, but agent-to-agent, agent-to-system, and event-driven by AI.
Ambassador & market maker for Integration and APIs

Act as a visible spokesperson for Integration & API: promote the offering internally (cross-business collaboration) and externally (events, client briefings, thought leadership content).

Work closely with Capgemini’s partner representatives to develop partnerships and co-selling motions; strengthen ecosystem collaboration.
Build pipeline through proactive presales & bids

Collaborate closely with the Integration CoE in creating pipeline via proactive client engagement and structured presales.

Contribute with the integration perspective into bids: solution shaping, estimations, staffing approach, delivery model, risk management and value proposition.
Client-facing advisory and delivery leadership

Engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders, present integration strategies, architectures, and roadmaps with executive presence.

Lead billable deliveries part-time, guide delivery teams to outcomes with strong governance and predictable execution.

Shape client services in line with Head of Integration and APIs’ visions such as integration assessment & strategy, integration foundation/reference architecture, and delivery-at-scale.
