We are hiring Data Analyst for Sweden.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst will leverage data to generate actionable business insights, support commercial decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, eCommerce, and technology. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Customer Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Management Consulting, or Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in Python is an added advantage.
- Previous Experience working with cloud analytics platforms such as Databricks or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Previous Experience in eCommerce, Retail, Fashion, Technology, or Product-driven organizations is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Data Studio, or similar.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different competences (Commercial Leads, eCommerce Managers, Product Managers, Developers, Designers, Data Engineers, etc.).

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a large, cross-functional matrix organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to diverse audiences.
