Since our inception, we have seen boom and bust and for the last 12 months we have been on a turnaround journey that is now kicking into the next gear. We are looking for an analytical and driven entrepreneur to join us as Head of Growth to help us take the next steps in building a fast-growth, highly profitable enterprise.
As we are moving out of the turnaround phase, our ambition is to go back to rapid growth building on our market leading tech platform combined with massive existing customer interaction platform.
We are looking for an ambitious Head of Growth to take charge of our exciting growth agenda and help execute new business builds, streamline new capabilities and drive the growth team. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will have a clear role driving growth with an entrepreneurial approach, we are not a slow moving blue chip, or a startup lacking in customers and traffic, we have the traffic and much of the technology already in place.
As Head of Growth, you will lead the company growth initiatives until they are ready to go into the line organization. Today the growth team consists of five specialists within CRM, Business Intelligence, Data, B2B and Business Development. You will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven decision-making and commercial excellence. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and act as a project leader for key growth initiatives from idea to implementation.
We believe you have a background from a Tier-1 management consulting firm with 5+ years of experience with a proven entrepreneurial mindset, we are driving impact, not creating slides.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take independent ownership and drive new ideas to fully operational business

Lead and develop a team of experts across CRM, BI, Data, B2B and Business Development

Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy, incl. identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams

Own budget and results for the Growth team

Build scalable structures and processes to support growth at scale

Provide clear, data-driven reporting for management, investors, and the Board of Directors

Establish clear KPIs and measure the impact of growth activities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of experience in in growth, business development, project management or management consulting

MSc degree from tier-1 university

Proven leadership experience including developing high-performing teams

Experience of using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio and similar

Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written

You’ll find the core of our brand in our office- the Art Atelier, where our in-house teams of designers, artists, and creatives develop unique art collections. With fulfillment centers in the Czech Republic and the United States, we deliver art to customers around the world. Our group consists of around 100 employees representing over 20 nationalities and together we’re solving problems every day to help the world become a more beautiful place with our affordable art.
