Your future duties and responsibilities
As an SAP Test Manager, you will play a key role in our deliveries to clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP testing activities including:
- Test strategy
- Test planning
- Test execution
- Defect management
- Test reporting
- Define QA governance processes, testing standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate across business, functional, development, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Release testing cycles.
- Ensure testing deliverables meet quality, timeline, and compliance requirements.
- Drive SAP test automation initiatives
- Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks for SAP applications.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 5+ years in SAP testing leadership/management roles.
- Strong experience in SAP testing across SAP ECC or S/4HANA landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience managing large-scale integration and regression testing programs.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Strong experience with automation tool, Tricentis Tosca preferred
- Experience with SAP automation frameworks and model-based testing.
- Exposure to:
- SAP Solution Manager
- Jira / Azure DevOps / ALM
- CI/CD integration
- API and interface testing
- SAP Activate methodology experience preferred.
