GlobalConnect has successfully built a strong partner business in Norway and Denmark, and now we’re accelerating the same journey in Sweden. As our new Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our partner ecosystem; creating new revenue opportunities, expanding market reach, and enabling partners to win with GlobalConnect’s full portfolio.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic partnerships, business development, and commercial execution in a market with a significant potential.
What you need to succeed
- Experience working with partner sales, channel sales, or partner management
- A strong background in B2B sales and business development
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Experience building relationships and driving business through indirect sales channels
About the role and the team
You will be based in Stockholm and join a growing organization focused on expanding GlobalConnect's presence and growth in Sweden. You will work closely with colleagues across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, as well as teams within sales, marketing, product, and delivery.
The role is central to our ambition of building a strong partner network that can help bring GlobalConnect's solutions to more customers across the Swedish market.
What you'll be working on
- Identify and develop new partners across Sweden
- Build strong relationships with existing and future partners
- Support partners in understanding and selling the GlobalConnect portfolio
- Plan and execute partner events, webinars, and enablement activities
- Participate in customer meetings together with partners
- Drive revenue growth through partner-generated opportunities and sales
Who we are looking for
You are a self-driven commercial professional who enjoys creating opportunities and building long-term relationships. You are motivated by achieving results and thrive in environments where you can take ownership and make an impact.
You are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders across different teams. Experience from telecom, IT or related industries is beneficial, but most importantly, you bring a strong understanding of how successful partner ecosystems are built and developed.
