About the Role:
We are seeking an expert IT Architect to proactively drive the vision, design, and governance of our modern enterprise IT infrastructure. In this role, you will align business strategies with cutting-edge cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and agility. You will bridge the gap between complex technical engineering and high-level stakeholder strategy, guiding cross-functional teams toward a cohesive target state.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Vision & Roadmap: Analyze stakeholder requirements, map the "As-Is" application and infrastructure landscape, identify gaps, and define a clear architecture vision and strategic roadmap.
Governance & Standards: Proactively develop, guide, and govern architectural principles, standards, and best practices to reduce complexity, lower operational costs, and improve business capabilities.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Drive consensus on architectural trade-offs across all organizational levels.
Collaboration & Relationship Building: Partner with other domain architects and cross-functional teams to improve systemic agility, mitigate risks, and resolve ongoing architectural challenges.
Mentorship & Continuous Improvement: Keep focus on your own professional development while actively mentoring engineering and architecture teams to elevate the organization's collective technical maturity.
Requirements:
Cloud Architecture: Microsoft Azure certified (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent deep, hands-on production experience.
Containerization & Orchestration: Proven track record designing, setting up, and managing enterprise-grade applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Data & Integration: Direct experience designing and deploying enterprise databases using Azure Postgres, as well as managing high-throughput, event-driven integrations utilizing Apache Kafka.
IT Solution Architecture: Excellent Level – Proven ability to design resilient, scalable, and secure end-to-end cloud-native systems.
Software Engineering: Superior Level – Deep fundamental understanding of modern software development lifecycles, patterns, and clean code practices.
Enterprise Architecture: Professional Level – Ability to view the technical ecosystem holistically and align it with broader organizational boundaries and compliance models.
Conceptual Thinking: Superior Level – Ability to abstract complex system requirements into modular, maintainable architectural patterns.
Business Acumen: Superior Level – Strong understanding of corporate business domains, value chains, and how technical architecture directly drives commercial outcomes.
Strategic Advisory: Experience leading strategic discussions regarding cost efficiencies, risk reduction, and agility optimization.
